Let’s discuss your website, your priorities, and whether a Tune-Up fits.

What is a Website Tune-Up?

A Website Tune-Up is a focused service that improves an existing business website. We review the customer journey, search information, available business data, and relevant platform features, then implement an agreed set of improvements.

It’s for owners who need more than an audit but don’t necessarily need a new website.

Make buying easier

Help customers find the right products, services, or menu items and take the next step. We improve agreed navigation, descriptions, and paths to ordering, booking, buying, or contacting you.

Make returning easier

Give existing customers more convenient ways to do business with you again. We review and configure approved customer accounts, repeat-ordering, loyalty, or follow-up features where your platform supports them.

Get more from your tools

Useful features may already be included in your subscription. We review what’s available and how it could support your business before recommending another paid tool.

Stay in control

Know how to manage the everyday updates covered in your project. We walk you through relevant hours, prices, menu, or product changes so you’re not left guessing after the work is done.

A clearer path to ordering

McRales reorganized Tuk Tuk Thai’s website to make the menu, ordering options, and location details easier to find. The updated layout gives customers a clearer route from browsing to ordering.

What does a Website Tune-Up include?

Your Tune-Up combines review, implementation, testing, and handoff. We define the work around your business priorities and what your existing setup can support.

0

Review and priorities

We look at your key pages, customer journey, relevant platform features, and available sales and visitor information. Then we identify what needs attention, what’s worth keeping, and which changes belong in your project.

1

Website and search improvements

We improve agreed page organization, descriptions, and calls to action. Your scope may also include page titles, search descriptions, local listings, and supported structured information that helps search engines and AI tools interpret your business.

2

Feature setup and owner handoff

We configure approved features, test the affected customer actions, and show you how to manage relevant updates. Your proposal specifies the tools, training, documentation, and post-launch support included.

Clear scope before we start.

You’ll know the deliverables, price, and schedule before work begins. Features depend on your platform and plan. Additional subscriptions or work outside the agreed scope require your approval.

Let’s identify what’s worth improving before you commit to a project.

A clear plan. People who handle the work.

You’ll work directly with Joe and Amy. We identify the priorities, agree on the changes, and handle the implementation.

Then we test the agreed improvements and show you how to manage the updates that matter.

Keep the setup that works for you.

We start with your current website and connected tools, not a recommendation to replace everything. We consider the ordering, booking, payments, and everyday workflows your business relies on.

If your existing setup can’t support what you need, we’ll explain the limits and alternatives before you commit.

Changes affecting business operations are planned with you before publishing.

Work with the platform you already have.

Square is the starting point for this offer. If you use another platform, tell us when you book. We’ll confirm the fit and what’s possible within your current plan before agreeing on the work.

Before You Book

A few practical details before we talk.

  • Is a Website Tune-Up right for my business?

A Tune-Up may fit if your website is already live but customers struggle to find information or take action, useful features are sitting unused, or everyday updates take more effort than they should. We review your priorities and existing setup before recommending the service.

  • Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. We start with what can be improved within your current site. If the platform or website structure prevents the changes you need, we’ll explain the limitations and discuss alternatives before you commit.

  • What does it cost, and how long does it take?

The price and schedule depend on the agreed work, your website setup, and the access and approvals needed. We confirm those details in your proposal before you decide whether to proceed.

  • Can we do this during a busy period?

We’ll discuss your trading schedule before agreeing on the work. That helps us separate improvements worth making now from larger changes better planned for later. Changes affecting ordering, booking, payments, or availability are coordinated with you.

  • What will you need from me?

Your website address, business priorities, and appropriate account access. You’ll also need to confirm important business information and approve changes that affect your operations. We explain what we need at the start.

  • What happens after the Tune-Up?

We walk you through the changes and show you how to manage relevant everyday updates. Your proposal specifies the training, documentation, and post-launch support included.

  • How will we know whether it helped?

We check that the agreed changes are in place and test the affected customer actions. Where useful tracking is available, we can compare relevant performance before and after the work. We don’t guarantee a specific sales increase, conversion rate, search ranking, or AI recommendation.

Let’s make your website work harder.

You don’t need a technical brief or a list of fixes. Tell us what customers struggle with, what takes too much of your time, and what you need the website to do.

We’ll discuss whether a Tune-Up fits. If it does, we’ll define the work, price, and schedule before you commit.

We reserve space for up to five Website Tune-Up projects each month so we can manage the work directly.

If this month is full, a $200 deposit can reserve an agreed project for next month. The deposit is applied to your project total. We confirm the scope, price, scheduling window, and reservation terms before payment.
