Does the $3,000 cover hardware or software subscriptions?

No. The credit applies only to eligible Square card-processing fees. Hardware purchases, monthly software plans, chargebacks, refunds, and third-party fees are excluded.

How long do I have to use the credit?

You have up to 180 days from the date you activate your new Square account or until you reach the $3,000 fee-credit cap, whichever comes first. Exact timing depends on Square's current program terms.

Who qualifies for this offer?

Businesses that have not processed payments with Square in the last 12 months, are not currently working with a Square sales team or account manager, and can process at least one bona-fide transaction during the promo period. Final eligibility is determined by Square.

Can I combine this promotion with other Square discounts?

No. The fee-credit promotion cannot be combined with other Square promotions or partner discounts unless Square explicitly states otherwise.

What happens after I hit the $3,000 limit or the 180-day mark?

After the promotion ends, standard Square processing rates automatically apply to all future transactions. There is no additional action required.

Is the offer transferable to another account?

No. The promotion is non-transferable and valid only for the merchant account that signs up through the McRales affiliate link.

What if I close my Square account before using the full $3,000?

Any unused portion of the fee credit expires upon account closure. It is not redeemable for cash or rolled over to another account.
