Does the $3,000 cover hardware or software subscriptions?


No. The reimbursement applies only to Square card-processing fees. Hardware purchases, monthly software plans, chargebacks, refunds, and third-party fees are excluded.


How long do I have to use the credit?


You have up to 180 days from the date you activate your new Square account to reach the $3,000 fee-waiver cap, or until the overall program ends (mid-January 2026), whichever comes first.


Who qualifies for the offer?


• Businesses that have not processed payments with Square in the past 12 months.

• Merchants not currently in talks with Square’s sales team or account management.

• You must process at least one bona-fide transaction during the pilot period.


Can I combine this promotion with other Square discounts?


No. The fee-reimbursement offer cannot be combined with any other Square promotions or partner discounts.


What happens after I hit the $3,000 limit or the 180-day mark?


Square’s standard flat processing rates automatically apply to all future transactions. No additional action is required.


Is the offer transferable?


No. The promotion is non-transferable and valid only for the merchant account that signs up through the McRales affiliate link.


What if I close my Square account before using the full $3,000?


Any unused portion of the fee credit expires upon account closure; it can’t be redeemed for cash or rolled over to another account.


Can Square change or cancel the promotion?


Yes. Square reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel the offer at any time, per the official terms.
